My client is an award winning, Legal 500 ranked regional law firm and is continuing to make key hires as it looks to gain market share across its services for businesses and the individual.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will enjoy a broad mix of work including experience of Landlord and Tenant transactional matters, some development related work and freehold, leasehold sales and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions and secured lending.

The Property team are very focused and are well known for their wide knowledge. They offer a supportive and friendly working environment and are successful in developing new and existing clients.

Ideally they are looking for technically strong Commercial Property Solicitors who have 0 - 4 years PQE and trained with a firm of similar calibre. It would be a great advantage to those who have had experience in developing client relationships as this will play an important part of the role. For junior candidates, it is essential that they have taken a Commercial Property seat in their training contract and have a genuine passion for this area of law.
