Construction Solicitor
A Top 100 UK Firm are seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor to join them on a fixed term contract basis for 6-12 months to cover maternity leave of an Associate.
Sought is an experienced construction solicitor with upwards of 3 years PQE, to be based in either London or Bristol.
The team advises real estate developers, property investment companies, contractors, and major engineering consultancies on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Core non-contentious legal services include advising on all forms of construction and engineering contracts and associated documentation, insurance arrangements, and related financial security (such as bonds, guarantees and letters of credit).
Suitable candidates should be available at relatively short notice.
