Travel Insurance Litigation Solicitor.
A respected firm in Exeter are recruiting into their established travel, tourism and insurance team at either associate or senior associate level.
You will join the busy team and advise on both claimant and defendant matters.
Your experience should include advising on travel litigation matters, through litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution.
The work will be broad and include advising on public liability and personal injury matters as well as wider travel insurance disputes. Common claims include skiing & sporting accidents, travel delays, accidents at sea, falling ill on cruise holidays and on aircraft.
These claims can be high value and occasionally catastrophic and due to the nature of the work, often international foreign jurisdictional claims.
This role can be offered at associate, or senior associate level, working alongside respected and established partners in this very friendly team.
