Professional Support Lawyer - Corporate Commercial

This Tier 1 ranked practice seek to recruit a PSL Lawyer to join their Corporate/Commercial team in Nottingham.

The Role:

* Working alongside an experienced professional support lawyer, your work will include:
* Reviewing, updating and maintaining the corporate and commercial team's precedent banks.
* Ensuring fee earners are kept up to date on new legislation and case law.
* Organising the training of solicitors in the corporate and commercial teams.
* Delivering training and producing training materials for clients.
* Handling queries from fee earners, undertaking research where appropriate.

Candidate Requirements:

* At least three years PQE ideally in both corporate (including M&A work) and commercial contracts.
* Strong academic background.
