Interim Management Accountant

Your new company
Hays are recruiting for a well established and market leading business in central Wisbech on a long term interim assignment.

Your new role
The company is currently undergoing a period of transition and transformation, and therefore require a dedicated accountancy professional to support the day to day finance function while the current staff are busy with new project work.

Your duties will include:

Preparing all monthly management accounts information including prepayments and accruals
Produce additional accounts analysis and commentary for board review.
Maintain the fixed assets register
Take ownership of stock returns and calculate company sales commissions
Produce a detailed P&L report
Any ad hoc duties that may be required.

This is a full time post working Monday to Friday and will require commitment for the full contract.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a fully qualified accountant and must have significant experience working within a similar management accountant capacity. You must have strong Excel knowledge and be able to do pivot tables and v look-ups. You must have a proactive attitude and work with the wider finance team to complete all necessary tasks. Finally you must be immediately available to start
