Our client is an extremely successful IT services business that has recently attracted significant private equity investment and is on an ambitious growth trajectory. In order to fulfil the growth ambition and assist with the next successful transaction there is a requirement within the business for a new CFO to help take the business forward.
The organisation has a turnover at the upper end of the typical SME level and has an expanding international footprint with an innovative offering to a range of blue chip clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a B2B highly transactional commercial environment and will have the interpersonal skills to be able to influence and negotiate at a senior level both within and outside of the organisation.
In addition, suitable candidates should have previous experience of working in a fast paced entrepreneurial PE backed business and have managed relationships with all stakeholders as well as adding value at Board Level in a strategic capacity helping to enhance the overall business offering.
