A leading Property Services organisation based in London is currently looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager to manage a large portfolio of contracts. The role will be involved in growing the revenue of the division, provide insight into the Strategy of the business, month end process, performance management and commercial finance & bids.
Key responsibilities include
- Working with senior management including MD level stakeholders to drive financial and operational performance across the division.
- Produce the financial budget for the division working closely with both central finance and the client.
- Ensure the business complies with the company policy and robust financial controls.
- Prepare accurate reports to both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the month end process for the portfolio of contracts.
The successful candidate will need to be fully qualified (ACA, ACMA or equivalent) and have prior commercial finance experience ideally within a services organisation. You will need to have both strong analytical and excellent communication dealing with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
