Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial & Technology

A well known, global telco is looking for multiple Legal Counsels to join their expanding and highly regarded team based in Berkshire.

Roles are offered on a day rate contract basis with potential to go permanent.

Resonsibilities will include:

- drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, technology, outsourcing, product and procurement contracts

- advising on related IP, DP and compliance matters

- acting as a legal business partner, taking a proactive role in supporting on projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and delivering commercial solutions

To be considered for this role you MUST have had trained in a reputable firm (UK, Australia, NZ) with either subsequent experience in-house or in practice as a commercial lawyer. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical skills coupled with a commercial approach.
