Finance Business Partner

A FTSE 100 multi-national company is looking for a Finance Business Partner to support their global network and operational divisions.

This is an opportunity for an individual with big business experience to take real ownership of a global business plan and to have genuine influence within the company.

"A role has come available for an individual to work with senior stakeholders; owning their plans and having influence over the decisions being made.

To be considered for the role you will need to have:

• Significant experience of working as a Finance Business Partner before
• Demonstrable experience of successfully leading and managing teams.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification or equivalent.
• Significant commercial / FP&A experience.
• Transformation experience.
• Experience working in a large business with a matrix structure.

Experience with working on acquisitions and disposals would be advantageous.

More information about the role:

• You will be required to conduct ad hoc duties; this may include on occasions deputising for the Divisional Controller.
• Working closely with the Shared Service Centre.
• The role requires team management and development.
• You will need to have intermediate excel skills.
• The ability to adapt within all levels of the organisation with a credible and professional attitude.
