In-house Litigation and Best Practice Lawyer

This is a newly created position with a Top 40 Law Firm, offering the opportunity for an ambitious litigator looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced in-house team.

Working closely with the GC and other members of senior management, you will take on a broad remit driving all aspects of quality and risk management across the firm; whilst also assisting with in-house claims and litigation. Alongside claims management, you will take a proactive role in developing and driving best policy across the firm, instilling a sense of pride in the work created by the risk function. As this is a newly created role there is real scope to make an impact and raise your own internal profile.

In order to be considered you will ideally have at least three years' post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably focused on professional negligence. You will also be commercially minded, able to manage competing demands on your time, and relationships with stakeholders at all levels. This would be the perfect opportunity for a lawyer looking to make the move in-house and join an ambitious, growing in-house team.
