Finance Director

This well respected and highly successful multi-site, business services group with a turnover of c£100m has enjoyed a period of sustained, rapid and profitable growth and following the investment from a leading PE investor this will continue for the foreseeable future. Ultimately, the business will be consolidated into a larger group which will provide complementary services to their existing contracted customers.

Given this substantial project there is a requirement for a Finance Director to join the main board and, to be considered, you will require the following attributes and background:

• A full professional qualification (ACA, ACMA, ACCA).
• Sector experience should have been gained within a business with a multi-site structure, ideally with a contract business model.
• Experience as a board director within a leveraged business and the stakeholder management therein.
• Experience of a major systems upgrade and/or migration.
• A focus on driving cost reduction and business efficiency.
• Strong leadership skills to ensure the change management projects are effectively implemented.
• Ideally, experience of M&A as there may be opportunities for future opportunistic acquisitions.
