Description

The Finance Business Partner will support the management team, provide analysis for head office and ensure the strongest possible performance of the site. The specific responsibilities would include:

• Supporting the S&OP process by providing actionable analytics to drive decisions

• Investment appraisal

• Product cost analysis

• Production variance analysis including material price, scrap and labour variances

• Reporting on factory overheads including variance reporting and forecasting

• Involvement in business process development including ERP and reporting projects.

• Inventory reporting including improvements in reporting processes

• Ownership of all stock item data in the financial systems

Profile

The successful candidate will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified finance professional. You will have strong analytical skills and be capable of challenging the status quo. You will look for improvements and deliver change. You will need to have strong communication skills and a real desire to make a difference.
