Healthcare/Regulatory Solicitor, 3-7 years PQE, Hampshire. A fantastic opportunity to join a market leading international firm handling a caseload of defendant healthcare regulatory work.
JOB TITLE: Healthcare/Regulatory Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3-7 years
LOCATION: Hampshire

THE ROLE:
You will be managing your own caseload of defendant healthcare regulatory work, working on behalf of both public and private sector health and social care providers. You can expect to be working on cases relating to inquests, information governance, professional disciplinary matters, CQC inspections and enforcements, performers list advice and representation, criminal investigations, domestic homicides, patient care issues, mental health, clinical and corporate governance and Human Rights Act issues. You also be expected to participate in the firm's marketing activities for instance through client training sessions and general business development.
THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking for candidates with experience in Health and Social Care Law and a minimum of 3 years PQE. Experience in advocacy is desirable as is a working knowledge in mental health law, the Mental Capacity Act, coronial law and/ or public law. Candidates should have a demonstrable flair for business development and a clear sense of ambition and a genuine desire to progress their career with the firm.
