A large leading restaurant chain is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant to join its commercial finance function.
Reporting directly to a Head of Finance you will have look at commercial and financial evaluation of significant capital and revenue expenditure, providing expertise on evaluation methodology to ensure investments are appropriately assessed. You will put in place strong budgeting controls to ensure all maintenance expenditure is well planned and actual costs monitored vs. budget.
You will maintain and evolve a detailed Estates Plan to support the estate strategy to maximise future returns. As well as doing detailed scenario analysis to explore options for refurbs, rebranding and relocations.
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience working with property teams. Multi site experience would be desirable.
