CITY Real Estate 2.5PQE+
Major City firm seeks an associate to work within one of its flagship practices: its highly regarded real estate group. The role will include undertaking the full range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, property management, and sales and purchases for a variety of household names and smaller entities. Care is taken that associates are not pigeon-holed, and maintain a broad spread of work. Ideally (but not necessarily) applicants for this role will have at least 3 years' PQE gained within a comparable City or regional commercial property practice, including a strong grounding in drafting property contracts, leases, reports and in contract negotiation. Associates in this group are encouraged to play a very active part in networking and bringing in business, and so an interest in BD will be key.
