Family Solicitor - Middlesbrough

A well respected firm is expanding on a national level and is working with Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment exclusively.

This is a unique opportunity, in that the firm in question has recently acquired a large source of legal aid work, and as such is keen to speak with panel accredited family solicitors with experience of legal aid files, who are keen to set up a small satellite office near Middlesbrough

The role will involve selecting and thus supervising a team of four fee earners and together handling a large case load of legal aid family work, provided by the London head office, and you will report directly to the London-based Head of Department. The role comes with plenty of support and a strong input of resources from the firm, giving you everything you need to work with this highly regarded firm to build a strong presence in Middlesbrough and surrounding areas.

Due to the nature of this role, the firm is flexible in terms of location, and will work with you to select suitable office space given that it is in relative proximity to your home address. The role comes with highly attractive salaries and fantastic progression as you continue to build a Middlesbrough presence along with other highly qualified solicitors.

The ideal candidate for this exceptional opportunity will be a highly experienced family law solicitor who has experience with a range of public and privately funded files, and you must be panel accredited to take on the role of supervising solicitor.

Applicants must have at least four years of post-qualification experience and demonstrable supervisory skills.
