International Legal Counsel

A new exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Italian legal department of a US multinational.

The role
Reporting to the Legal Director for Southern Europe you will handle a very proactive and frontline role that will require a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

The role will be very business-focused and involve input not only on legal issues but on non-law strategic issues for the country.

Requirements

You will be an Italian qualified lawyer with around 7 years of post-qualified experience gained in corporate and commercial law while working for a top tier multinational or law firm.

You will handle a broad range of commercial and corporate issues including litigation management, property & real estate, labour, compliance, data privacy and marketing related topics. The role will have international responsibility.

Fluency in English is essential to fill this role. Knowledge of another European language will be considered a plus.
