In House Banking & Finance Solicitor (1-3 years PQE)
Pure Search are working for a high profile global financial institution seeking a banking and finance lawyer to join their legal team.
Responsibilities will include:
Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of documentation
Prove legal support to business teams across the group
Assist in the development of new products and offerings
Advise on regulations effecting the institution
This is a broad and varied role supporting an impressive legal team. It would suit an associate from a leading city practice seeking a first in house move. The business is very open to background but would particularly suit a lawyer from a banking, finance or regulatory background.
