We are currently assisting a large, Top Law firm in Newcastle to recruit a Residential Property locum for a 6 month booking. Remuneration will be between £25-35 per hour.You experience will include:
* Dealing with a full residential property caseload from inception through to completion within freehold and leasehold, including:
- Sales
- Purchase
- New-build
- Re-mortgages
- Equity release and transfers of equity
