Edinburgh: Project Manager

EA Change Groups' Life Pensions and Insurance Client urgently require a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join a complex programme of change

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will:

• Engage with Insurance Finance, Group Operations and IT areas, up to 15 teams
• Work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation and at different level
• Develop an integrated project plan covering deliverables, internal and external suppliers, business workstreams and IT.
• Manage the delivery in alignment with the company's methodology utilising standard PM strategies such as Matrix engagement, structured RAID and Planning reviews and project financials
• Report on progress and work with the Programme Manager and Accountable Executive to drive the project forwards
• Engage with senior stakeholders to executive level

Essential Skills

• Project Management (min 5 years experience) to include:
• Planning, MSP, Scrum & beyond, Agile project delivery
• Progress Tracking and Reporting
• Stakeholder Management
• Matrix Management
• Resource and Budget Tracking
• Agile and interactive development approaches
• Structured methodology experience, (min 5 Years experience and certification)
• Good working knowledge of Retirement hub and Retirement Account

Desirable skills

• Digital delivery experience
• ICD Experience
• IT change experience
