THE COMPANY

I have been retained by the largest Workday Partner in France who are based in the heart of La D??fense and they are actively searching for a Workday project manager to join their growing practice.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for delivering client requirements and translating it to the practice and will be involved in all phases of the implementation. Moreover, you will be applying practices which will make sure the project is completed on time and in budget. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 5-10 people. Furthermore, you will be involved in both functional and technical side of the project.

THE CANDIDATE

You will come ideally from a Workday background, but if come from a HRIS background but you may feel is the right time to make a transition to Workday. You will have had success of managing projects in the HRIS domain. Of course, leading a team is key in identifying the right person for this role. Also, French and English speaking is very important.

THE PACKAGE

A base salary of up to 85,000 Euros is on offer plus a bonus. Plus, an amazing performance review every 6 months with the chance of promotion and salary increase is on offer. The usual phone, profit share, insurance, holiday allowance and internal mobility is on offer.
