A leading UK manufacturer of natural healthcare products currently has a busy and varied opportunity for an experienced in-house commercial lawyer.
Working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and a number of key stakeholders you will be joining the growing business during an exciting time and be responsible for managing a broad range of commercial and corporate matters. The role primarily focuses on non-contentious contractual matters (including IT agreements, manufacturing, purchase etc.) however you will also be involved in real estate, data protection, IP, competition, compliance and governance and advertising & marketing legal law. The role sits within a small Legal department you will be required to work collaboratively with internal and external in an effective and efficient manner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor who has gained 2+ PQE from either an In House or a well-recognised commercial law firm looking to move into a dynamic organisation which recognises the need for continuing professional development.
