Based at its office in historic coastal town Poole, a new position has arisen at the firm for a Commercial Property Lawyer.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to manage a full caseload from instruction to post-completion. The successful Lawyer will have good knowledge of Housing Association Law. You will undertake an array of duties which may include: landlord and tenant matters; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties; drafting and negotiating lease documentation and; acting in connection with re-financing commercial premises. In return, the firm offers a competitive salary and the opportunity for career progression.
The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives with a least 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will possess good knowledge of Housing Association Law.
Ideally, you will have exceptional client care skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy will be key strengths, in addition to the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
