Commercial Property Solicitor - This is a highly attractive position for any aspiring commercial property solicitor looking to further their career with a top West End practice.
Our clients are a highly regarded and well established firm that are now seeking a further 4+ years' PQE solicitor to join their busy property department. Their diverse client base ranges from commercial clients to HNW individuals, offering a fantastic range and degree of work. This will include purchase and sales of commercial property, drafting leases and agreements, property finance, acquiring land for development and landlord and tenant work.
You will have the background training and knowledge to work unsupervised on complex transactions whilst still being an active member of the team. This firm are known for their close relationships with their clients; an ethos that has served them well, therefore the ability to communicate, effectively market/network and build on relationships is essential.
