An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Litigation Barrister seeking to move into a law firm at a Litigation Boutique.
The firm is in a strong position and has the luxury of choosing the best cases to work on. They range from banking and financial, to contractual and shareholders disputes, to defamation and privacy. A number of their cases have been newsworthy and they are often called upon by ultra high net worth individuals and those in the public eye, mainly sportspeople and celebrities.
This was one of the first of the litigation boutiques and has continued to grow organically over the years. They are seeking to take on 2 associates and are keen to hear from talented Commercial Litigation Barristers from 1PQE upwards.
They have previously attracted Barristers from top Chambers who have gained experience working on similar complex high value cases and with similar high net worth individuals. Any experience with injunctions and super injunctions would be advantageous.
The firm offers an excellent quality of work, the chance to gain more hands on experience from an early stage and a quicker path to partnership. They also promote a work-life balance. As with any Commercial Litigation role, there will be late nights, but if there are no deadlines then you are encouraged to leave the office by 6pm. Hours targets are set relatively low in the market and excellent bonuses are in place for when these are hit. There is also a discretionary bonus and for any solicitors who enjoy business development an excellent package for work brought in.
Send your CV through for this Commercial Litigation role today to find out more. It would be helpful, where possible, to have the details of the instructing firm as well as the details of the case.
It is EJ Legal's policy, as a matter of courtesy to respond to all applications within three working days. However because of the volume of applications, we are sometimes unable to respond to individual candidates. If we have not contacted you within three working days your application has been unsuccessful and your details have not been retained.
