Senior Family Associate

*** Brand new Senior Family Associate/Partner level role - Major regional Legal 500 - Guildford ***

My client is a highly respected and extremely well recognised regional law firm with offices across London and the South East. The firm is ranked at the top of the legal 500 across a wide range of practice areas and is recognised as a market leader in the London and Surrey market.

The firm now have an extremely rare opportunity for a highly experienced family lawyer (solicitor or legal executive) with upwards of eight years' privately funded experience within a well recognised City of London or regional family team.

The role will involve joining an established team of family lawyers and managing a full and complex caseload of high value divorce and separation disputes, financial remedies and some private childcare (often with an international element). You will work as part of one of the largest and most well established teams in Surrey, with management responsibility over support staff and more junior lawyers.

A minimum of eight years' experience within high net worth divorce and financial disputes is essential, as well as genuine commercial awareness and experience within business development. A client following would be ideal, but is by no means a requirement. For the right candidate, there is absolutely the opportunity for partnership and the firm have a clear and open process to achieving this.
