A Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm are seeking a public law/health advisory lawyer for its London office. The firm acts for many clients including NHS providers and regulatory bodies, charities and healthcare providers.
You will advise on issues such as public law, information law, inquiries, patient issues, inquests and general queries. The work includes dealing with some of the most important and politically sensitive cases for the NHS.
Candidates with experience in court of protection/best interest cases or a mental health background would be considered as well as clinical negligence lawyers who are looking for a broader role with a mix of contentious and non-contentious work.
Candidates will have circa 0-3 years PQE and ideally will come from a leading healthcare practice and will have an interest in public law and advisory work.
