THE ROLE:

Due to expansion you will be joining a very successful team handling a broad spectrum of commercial property matters including, leases of all types of business premises, freehold sales and purchases of industrial units, commercial and industrial developments, commercial lending secured on property, property joint ventures, options and conditional contracts and planning obligations. The role will see the appointed Commercial Property Associate work closely with the head of department in managing and developing the commercial property team in order to deliver high quality legal services and profitable caseloads.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Commercial Property Associate will have experience of handling a general mix of good quality commercial property work and will be motivated to succeed within this reputable firm. You will be a committed team player with a minimum of 4 years PQE gained from another well regarded firm. The knowledgeable Commercial Property Associate must be able to prioritise their own workload and that of their own staff.
