Mayfair-based financial services company is seeking a restructuring lawyer to join its legal team. You will work in a highly business facing environment, supporting on deals and re/structing of investments across the UK and wider Europe.
You will ideally have a restructuring background from a top firm ideally with experience working on loan documentation and general finance transactions.
