Finance Director

greenwellgleeson are exclusively recruiting for a fast growing entrepreneurial organisation looking to recruit the No 1 Finance person. The business has a strong order book with number bluechips and is well set to continue its rapid growth and in order to help manage the growth they are looking to recruit a like minded individual. The medium term objective of the business is to complete an exit.

Key Duties will include:-
* Take ownership of the financial and management reporting
* Support the SMT to improve processes and controls across the finance function
* Manage and motive a reaively large team
* Develop MI to help drive the business
* Lead business planning process
* Raising funding and manage cash and cash flow forecasting process
* Work with the commercial team to evaluate new business initiatives

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:-
* Hands on finance experience within an SME environment
* Qualified accountant with excellent technical skills
* Management and developed of a finance team
* Previous exit and ideally PE/VC experience
* Highly driven and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
