'A UK FMCG business are looking to appoint a Commercial Business Partner. The role holder will play an integral part in ensuring the efficient operation of the financial planning and reporting systems whilst driving improvements for the benefit of wider finance teams.
Key responsibilities will include submitting planning and forecasting data to the finance system, assisting with the month end close activity and supporting associated reporting, maintaining key structures within the planning and reporting systems, troubleshooting FP&A issues, driving efficiency across financial planning and reporting, contributing to systems enhancements and projects, working closely with finance teams on ad hoc analysis and projects.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience in a pure finance commercial role. Applicants will have a strong focus on continuous improvement, strong relationship management and a keen interest in making a real impact in regards to the commercial decisions made in your areas and with your stakeholders. You will also have strong understanding of financial systems and advanced Excel and modelling skills are essential.'
