The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically proficient Lawyer to join a CQS accredited department based in Dorset. With the skills and expertise to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision, the successful Lawyer will undertake a broad mix of high-value freehold and leasehold conveyancing from instruction to post completion. Areas may include: sales and purchases; remortgages; transfers of equity; shared ownership and; buy to lets. In addition, the successful Lawyer will actively immerse themselves within business development initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the department’s services.
Our client is particularly keen to hear from Lawyers with some commercial and/or agricultural experience, however this is not essential as the role will have a residential focus. In return, the successful applicant will work within a practice offering a competitive salary, genuine career progression and benefits.
The Candidate
Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained within Conveyancing are encouraged to apply;
Excellent communication and client care skills are essential;
Commercial Property and agricultural experience is highly advantageous but not essential;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
Be IT Literate;
Team leadership experience is desirable but not essential;
Demonstrate a personable with a detail orientated approach with a desire for professional development.
