Hospitality MNC - Inhouse Legal Counsel - 3 to 6 PQE - M&A and Real Estate - Mandarin required

A leading MNC is looking for a strong lawyer to join their in-house legal team managing their transactions and projects across the world.

You will be part of a medium-sized specialist team mainly responsible for real-estate transactions and development. The role is very involved with the business working on M&A transactions, financing and general commercial matters.

Requirements:

• 4 - 6 years post qualification experience
• PE, M&A experience required
• Experience in real-estate will be advantageous
• Fluency in Mandarin is critical
