THE ROLE:

Our client is looking to add an experienced and well-rounded Litigation Solicitor to their growing department. The successful Litigation Solicitor will take on the role of Deputy Head of the department and as well as undertaking a fee earning responsibility, the appointed Solicitor will assist with marketing, training and management of the junior employees and the department. As part of their fee earning responsibility, the appointed Litigation Solicitor will advise on a variety of litigation work including landlord and tenant disputes, commercial contract disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery and other tort claims.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Litigation Solicitor will have had a solid amount of experience gained advising on a full rage of civil and commercial disputes and will have working on matters spanning the who litigation process from the initial instruction all the way through to trial. In addition, the Litigation Solicitor will have a proven track record of undertaking business development and is being responsible for junior members of their existing department. It is also imperative that the Litigation Solicitor has a full driving licence and should be willing to work from a number of different office locations from time to time as the business requires.
