Employment Solicitor

They are looking to recruit 2, possibly 3 Solicitors in Employment at this time, as they continue to grow.

The firm is very progressive and have a reputation for developing and nurturing talent, they have even taken on apprentices with no legal background, put them through the ILEX (paid for) and have then gone on to become Solicitors. The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment solicitor to join a top tier legal 500 department.

The Employment team in Bristol is part of a National Employment group that has a revenue of between 11 and 12 million pounds. They are top tier for this area of law in all of their locations outside of London and their Private sector clients in London actually feed back that they are simply the best team in the City as well.

The caseload you will be responsible for managing will involve a huge variety of work. The breadth of the caseload is spread across both the Public and Private sector, and the team in Bristol deal with both at about an equal split.

This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone that has experience in one area (Public/Private) to broaden their horizons and deal with a much wider variety of work.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with 1-6 years PQE
• You will have an awareness across all aspects of Employment law
• You will have either strong Public or Private sector experience, or both
