This Somerset based Legal 500 firm is succession planning. The firm has an experienced and accomplished team already in place who advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters for local and national agricultural clients. 

They are now looking to recruit a senior solicitor to join this team. Although senior, you will not necessarily be involved in managerial duties as there is already a head of department, and deputy head of department in place. 

You will already be an accomplished agricultural solicitor, operating at a senior level.  

Amongst other things, this role will include advising clients on: 

• Setting up businesses 
• Agricultural business and company sales and purchases
• Agricultural land matters 
• Reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholder agreements 
• Agricultural/Business finance
• Agricultural business Planning, compliance & support 
• Farming/Commercial agreements 

For the right candidate, this position could be offered at senior associate, or salaried partner level. 

You will be rewarded with a very competitive salary up to £70k + pension + health care.
