The Role

This role will be based in Andover. Now is an exciting time to join and on offer are excellent prospects for the right candidate.

This role will have you working with an experienced team. You will deal with a broad range of quality matters and a varied client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities are broadly but not limited to:
• Take over the management of private clients.
• Provide high-quality legal services to clients.
• Develop the business and customer acquisition of the Hampshire offices.
• Work with various departments across the business to both meet and exceed client expectation.
• Project management with regular communication across different departments.
• Work with our legal cashier and finance department to raise client invoices and monitor billing.
• Keep up to date with changes in law, legislation or legal practices.
• Update personal knowledge and read case studies to ensure clients are being delivered the best service and solutions for their case.

The Ideal Candidate

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (although I strongly urge even the most experienced solicitor to apply as they are making more senior hires).
• Fully qualified to degree level, CPE, GDL or equivalent, and LPC qualified or equivalent.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple clients and caseloads.
• Excellent prospects for progression
• You will deal with high-quality work
• You should have excellent technical knowledge with an eye for attention to detail
• Based in Hampshire.
• Salary is market rate, so negotiable dependent on experience, the opportunity also comes with excellent benefits.
