PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ PQE

THE ROLE:

The expanding team of this leading law firm is in need of an additional Professional Indemnity Solicitor to deal with a varied and challenging caseload of defendant professional indemnity matters. As the appointed Professional Indemnity Solicitor you will be expected to assess claims, advise on a range of professional negligence claims as well as resolve claims via the Professional Negligence Pre Action Protocol.

THE CANDIDATE:

Suitable Professional Indemnity Solicitors will have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience within professional indemnity law and have a genuine passion to forge their career within an innovative and vibrant firm. You will be required to advise on a range of professional negligence issues, assess and progress accurately claims as well as assist partners and associates on larger cases. Ideal Professional Indemnity Solicitors will have excellent technical abilities along with the genuine desire to go out and win new work.
