A Corporate Solicitor is sought to join this highly professional yet friendly firm in Bristol. A good level of responsibility and challenging workload is available from the outset with specialist focus on Venture Capital work and M&A
Key criteria:
- Solicitor: NQ-4 years PQE.
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with a variety of corporate matters.
- Technically very capable.
- Client focused with the ability to quickly build trusting relationships and deliver excellent client service.
- Superb attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and be highly organised to meet challenging deadlines.
- An excellent team player whilst also able to take ownership and responsibility.
- Strong communicator.
- Participation in Business Development and cross referrals of work.
