Commercial litigation Solicitor.
A Milton Keynes based Legal 200 firm is looking to hire a commercial litigation solicitor with experience in insolvency matters to joining their highly regarded team. The role is part of expansion to meet client demand and represents a key senior hire for the department.
You will be a commercial litigation solicitor with around 4-5 years experience that covers insolvency, recoveries and re-structuring work. Your caseload will include misfeasance, wrongful trading and antecedent transaction recovery, in and out of court appointment of administrators and applications under the Insolvency Act. You will also undertake non-contentious and advisory work being required to administer and lead a team of lawyers where necessary to ensure that all aspects of an insolvency transaction are covered. This will involve working closely with our employment, real estate and banking teams. The firm can offer a leading regional salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
