Client Details
A rapidly growing Financial Services business based in London.
Description
- Working closely with the Head of Legal on the delivery of key legal projects;
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a range of commercial contracts;
- Advising the business on key technology contacts;
- Advising the business on insurance matters.
Profile
The successful candidate should be a UK qualified lawyer with experience from a top tier law firm and (ideally) some in house experience as well.
Working in a rapidly expanding environment akin to a start up means that you will need to be capable of advising the business across a broad range of commercial matters, often liaising directly with senior stakeholders.
An understanding of technology agreements would be highly desirable.
Job Offer
A basic salary up to £75,000 (depending on experience) + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits package + flexible working policy.
