Insurance transactional Lawyer

LAW Absolute is working with an insurance/ reinsurance brand who require an experience commercial and insurance lawyer with broad transactional contracts experience to join them asap for 3-6 months.

Ideally you will have broad Re-Insurance experience who can provide general commercial support. Experience and understanding in the insurance distribution chain and familiarity with insurer and broker contracts, the claims supply chain and appointed representatives is essential. The types of agreements  you will review and draft will be Insurer and Broker Terms of business agreements, claims handling agreements,  claims supply chain agreements, affinity agreements, AR and IAR Agreements.

The role will offer flexibility to work from home 4 days per week and attend the office one day per week.
