Mid-Level Corporate Lawyer

This firm are widely recognised as a leading name in Saudi Arabia, and as such are in association with a highly respected UK firm. They are seeking a mid-level corporate associate in Riyadh to support their expansion following the set up of their UAE office last year. 

The firm's key practice areas focus on corporate and finance work including: Islamic finance and banking, commercial transactions, foreign direct investment, restructurings, corporate, family businesses, and real estate.

For this role, you will need to have lead on or be familiar with English drafting of M&A and commercial documents such as joint venture agreements, investment term sheets, and IP agreements. The firm are seeking a candidate who is confident across the areas of companies law, commercial agencies law, foreign investments law. 

Requirements: 

• 2-6 PQE
• International LLB & LLM or JD 
• Extensive English drafting 
• M&A background 
• Arabic language skills
