THE ROLE:

Our client are actively seeking to recruit a Business Partner (Manager) into our highly respected Social Care Legal Team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidates to join our team to support the service of over 50 lawyers who all want to make a difference. Work is varied and includes adult safeguarding, children's safeguarding, education advice, special educational needs tribunals, exclusion appeals, fostering and adoption advice.

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking for an experienced lawyer who will be responsible for line managing the social care legal team. You will drive continuous improvement, performance and efficiency at all levels and place the needs of individuals and communities at the heart of everything the Service does. The successful candidate will be a senior legal social care practitioner with significant knowledge and experience, who will undertake a manageable caseload and will be responsible for the oversight of 15 team members.
