We are looking for a highly proactive individual who can work closely throughout the organisation with the key stakeholders.
This role will require a UK qualified lawyer with a general commercial law background. The nature of the organisation will require you to lean on your Commercial experience including high value contracts, IT/IP and DP. You will play a major part in identifying legal risks and providing advice and solutions to the business teams in the UK and US.
The ability to respond well to change and adapt quickly to the needs of a dynamic business will be of great benefit.
