Opportunity for a legal advisor to join the European legal team of this international financial services organisation.

Description
As a Legal Advisor some of your key responsibilities will involve:
- Negotiating Investment Management Agreements
- ability to review and negotiate fund fee/rebate side letters/agreements
- Advising on AIFMD and/or MiFID regulations
- Working with external counsel in order to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations; and
- Advising on key legal matters relating to the effective running of the investment aspects of various pension products that the company is developing in Europe.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with experience from a top tier London law firm and potentially a similar in house organisation. You will need to have experience in some of the following areas:
- commercial contracts;
- pensions
- advising on regulatory issues;
