Senior Change Manager:

My Financial Services client are looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead and shape the future of its' business.

As a Senior Change Manager, you will be delivering both medium and large-sized business change projects and deliver within the agreed scope and on time, budget and quality. Business Change projects will be of significant business importance, affecting all of their UK wide Team and Brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Adapting your own style and approach in order to influence outcomes, and ensuring effective relationships are maintained and developed whilst being a champion of change and challenging the status quo at all levels.
* Building strong relationships with project team members, other stakeholders up to Director level whilst managing a team of Change Managers.
* Leading the initial scoping of the project to ensure the business case, change project objectives, deliverables and success measures are appropriately defined.
* Producing and inputting into high quality project documentation, including plans, actions, decisions, risks, issues and incidents in line with the project objectives, to ensure successful delivery.
* Identifying, actively managing and influencing stakeholders throughout the project to ensure project sponsors, steering groups and other stakeholders are kept informed of project progress with regards to change management.
* Working within the defined project governance framework to ensure risks and issues associated with the project are appropriately recorded and monitored.
