I am recruiting on behalf of my client who are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Fee Earner to join their thriving Property team. The firm are ideally looking to recruit someone with over 5 years post qualification experience.
The candidate should have solid knowledge of all aspects of a Commercial Property transaction including freehold, leasehold, commercial leases, mixed-use and development land sales and acquisitions, landlord/tenant, property finance and security work.
The successful candidate must be willing to take an active role in supervising and training the junior fee earners within the department as well as supporting and developing client relationships.
The salary and package is competitive and depending on experience of the individual.
