Fantastic top tier global firm is growing its small construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes team in Leeds, and is looking for a further solicitor to join the team.

More on the work

- Disputes arising out of projects run out of Leeds & Manchester offices, not a support function for London
- National & international disputes (Europe and Asia predominantly)
- Act for national governments, private operators, main contractors, consultants, football clubs and major companies
- Disputes arising out of infrastructure, transport, utilities, harbour, energy (oil / gas, nuclear & renewable), PFI/PPP and chemicals projects

Who are they looking for?

- A qualified solicitor with strong intellect evidenced by a solid academic record
- Ideally experience in contentious construction matters
- Very strong consideration also given to lawyers with a background in professional indemnity work, or non-contentious construction lawyers looking to move across into disputes
- Non-practising barristers with relevant experience also very welcome to apply
- From newly qualified up to around 6PQE
- For those at the higher end of the range, bear in mind that Senior Associate promotions start at 4PQE so if you can demonstrate the requisite skills, this may be a great opportunity to move up from your current role.
