CFO

Your new company
I am working with a fast paced consultancy business which is experiencing exciting growth and looking to bring in a commercially focused CFO to have oversight of finance and operations in the business.

Your new role
You will be responsible for oversight of the finance function ensuring the team is delivering to a high standard, you will also be producing the management accounts and reporting these back into the board. You will be involved in driving operational change and strategic growth planning with the firm, partnering with multiple stakeholders internally and externally. This is a broad role which will continue to grow and develop inline with the companies growth and change.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree educated and a fully qualified accountant with previous experience in a fast growing business preferable. You will need to be an experienced people and relationship manager, able to build excellent working relationships across the business. Previous experience in raising capital or M&A activity would be beneficial with the desire to work in a high growth, collaborative and innovative environment a pre-requisite.
